Using PlanckLabs
By creating an account or using PlanckLabs, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information, keep your password and connected sign-in accounts secure, and be responsible for activity under your account.
Practice text-message program
A one-time code used to verify or change your mobile number does not enroll you in recurring course texts. Recurring messages begin only after the separate course-enrollment consent described below.
PlanckLabs offers an optional recurring educational messaging program. After creating an account, you may separately opt in to SMS while enrolling in a mini-course. SMS is not required to enroll, and every enrolled learner can continue on the web at Today’s practice. Messages contain links to the questions in that course and may include a course-completion notice.
- Frequency: up to one practice text per day while a course is active, plus a completion message. Frequency varies by course.
- Charges: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to disable text messages for the active course without losing course or web access. Leaving the active course cancels all of its pending SMS and email reminders.
- Help: reply HELP for messaging help or contact hbar@plancklabs.io.
- Opt back in: replying START may remove a carrier-level block, but it does not by itself re-enable SMS in your PlanckLabs enrollment.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, account creation, course enrollment, or access to PlanckLabs. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier availability and other systems outside PlanckLabs’ control.
Learning tools and AI
PlanckLabs is an educational practice tool, not a substitute for an instructor, institution, or professional advice. Worked solutions and AI Tutor responses can contain errors. You are responsible for checking important claims and deciding how to use the information.
You may not use PlanckLabs to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service; submit unlawful or harmful material; impersonate others; or use automated systems in a way that burdens the service or violates another person’s rights.
Course material and your content
PlanckLabs and its licensors retain their rights in the service, course presentation, software, branding, and included materials. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use PlanckLabs for learning. When you submit reasoning, tutor messages, or optional voice recordings, you retain your rights in that content and allow us to store and process it as needed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and account action
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the service or other users. You may stop using PlanckLabs at any time. Features that depend on third-party services may be temporarily unavailable.
Disclaimers and responsibility
PlanckLabs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular learning outcomes, or that every problem, solution, or AI response is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, PlanckLabs is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the product evolves. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to hbar@plancklabs.io.
